Mindfulness in Everyday Life: How to Meditate via Huffington

I’m constantly thinking like AWLLLL the time! How much of that thinking is actually productive though? How much steals joy or redirects me to a place that I shouldn’t be? I liked this post because I have to remind myself to take those breathers and to change my way of thinking.
